As a new development made of high-strength composite material, JM-BOX^TM and JM-ACCESS^TM is an ideal solution for Telecommunication industries on high traffic road condition.

 

JM-BOX^TM is made up of 4 composite panel and assembled into one piece, which allows easier packing and transportation, comparing to traditional chamber, JM-BOX^TM save 50% of the shipping cost. Vertical and horizontal strength beam enable the manhole conforms to EN124 C250 for Chamber.

 

JM-ACCESS^TM is of an EN124 C250 proof loading manhole cover, light weight and suitable for heavy road traffic. Cover is equipped with special customized lock to protect the inside equipment safety. One of another advantage of composite cover is the free transferring of signal inside of the chamber without opening the lid.

  

Material 

 

SMC is the short form of Sheet Molding Compound. It is composed of resin, fiberglass and other chemical polymer. This is a raw material for mold pressing.

The core is chopped strand and unsaturated polyester resins paste that are covered by LDPE & HDPE sheet, With a thickness of 3mm-6mm , 600mm-1200mm width and is packed in rolls or boxes.

During production, to cut, weigh the raw material and then put it into a mold.. After a high pressure and temperature preservation for set time, final product is finished and will be transported to next working station.
